This is based on using a custom screen that has one set of A, B, C (or 1, 2, 3) options, like the below screenshot. If you are looking to set up a custom screen/link it to existing services so you can grade them when charting see Custom Screens & EXACT Custom Screen Archive - UK & EIRE.

Go to Administration, Contact Lists, then click “Create List”.
Click on the button in the top right then “+1” on the next window to create a new contact list query
Give the first one a description like “Xray Audit Grade 1” then click the “Add Condition” icon to add search criteria queries to your new list.
From this window select the “Treatment Codes” option and type in the service/s that the Xray grading custom screen is attached too. In this example the service is called RADS (Small Radiograph/Xray). With the date range you can enter Enter your desired date range, to look back for the last 6 months enter: From DM-1Y 6Y to DMY which will always know to search from 1 month 6 months ago until today. This means you can re-run this list in the future without needing to change the dates. Make sure “Completed Treatment” is selected then click OK.
Click on the Add Condition button again and this time select “Custom Screen Charting” then type or search for the Custom Screen that is used to record the Xray Grade information. In this example the Custom Screen is called RAD.
Once selected you then need to choose which entry on the Custom Screen you want to search for. For the first contact list we’ll select “1” for Grade 1. Leave “Test only the latest Custom Screen” ticked if you only care about the most recently recorded grading for any patients that may have had multiple Xrays in the date range. Then Click OK.
Click “OK” to save the Contact List query and then create two more following the same steps but this time for Grades 2 & 3 (or B & C).
Once you have the 3 contact list queries created select the contact list you want to run from this screen and click “OK” then “OK” again.
Please Note, These queries are known to take a long time to run so we’d advise to run these on a machine that is free for a while (the server will be fastest if you have access to this machine). It can also slow EXACT down for other users while it runs. Results! Once the list has completed it will show how many patients it has found matching your search criteria, click “Yes” to create the list and it will show you the patient names. This list will be saved with it’s name under the days date so it can be viewed again.
You will need to run the lists again (step 7) to refresh the results each time you wish to see the new list of patients.
