  1. Access the patient's Transactions Screen either by left-clicking an appointment then clicking the £/$ symbol on the Appointment book or click the same symbol from the top of the patient file.

  2. Click “payment” to show the payment screen, this includes a list of Stock items

  3. Double click Stock items or highlight and click the arrows to select a Stock item to be charged/invoiced.
    You can change the quantity and select multiple items if required.

  4. If the patient is paying now enter the payment amount and select the payment method as normal and click “Process”. If you just wish to raise an invoice for the Stock item/s, change the Payment amount to £0 and then click “Process” to raise an invoice for the Stock items to be paid at a later date by the patient. You will see a Stock invoice has now been raised after exiting this screen after clicking “Close”.
