Overview
If a Provider does not plan future treatments for a patient in the chair, the software can prompt for details of recall appointments instead. The Provider specifies details, which appear as a recall booking prompt on the Receptionist's Departure Task List. i.e. instead of booking planned treatments, the Receptionist books recall appointments.
How Providers specify what they want for patient recall appointments
With the patient in the chair, if the Provider does not plan future planned treatment appointments for the patient, when he/she moves the patient to Departure, the software can automatically display a Set Recalls screen, which the Provider is prompted to complete.
How the Receptionist sees these specified details
When the patient moves through to Reception to depart the practice, the Receptionist is prompted in the Departure List to schedule these recall appointments, following the Provider's guidelines.

Terugroepafspraken voor vertrek specificeren

Overzicht
Als een zorgverlener geen toekomstige behandelingen plant voor een patiënt in de stoel, kan de software in plaats daarvan vragen om details van terughaalafspraken. De Aanbieder specificeert details, die verschijnen als een terugroepboekingsprompt op de takenlijst van de receptioniste. d.w.z. in plaats van geplande behandelingen te boeken, boekt de receptioniste afspraken terug.
Hoe zorgverleners specificeren wat ze willen voor terugroepafspraken voor patiënten
Als de zorgverlener geen toekomstige geplande behandelafspraken voor de patiënt plant, kan de software, terwijl de patiënt in de stoel zit, wanneer hij/zij de patiënt naar Vertrek verplaatst, automatisch een scherm voor terugroepen instellen weergeven, dat de zorgverlener moet invullen.
Hoe de receptioniste deze gespecificeerde details ziet
Wanneer de patiënt naar de receptie gaat om de praktijk te verlaten, wordt de receptioniste in de vertreklijst gevraagd om deze terugroepafspraken te plannen, volgens de richtlijnen van de aanbieder.
