Door op de kolomkoppen te klikken, kunt u de waarden ordenen. U wilt het bijvoorbeeld op de laatste , bijvoorbeeld als u de laatst bijgewerkte datum of de hoogste waarde eerst waarst als eerste wilt zien.

U kunt de optie Filter-knop gebruiken om bepaalde soorten kansen te bekijken en uit te voeren.

Het werkruimtepictogram icoon van de Care Manager -op de werkruimte kan worden gebruikt om te zien wanneer er actie moet worden ondernomen en om de kansen te bekijken die aan u zijn toegewezen. Als het gloeilamppictogram icoon rood is, dan is er een kans aan u toegewezen waarvoor actie moet worden ondernomen. U kunt op de pijl naast het pictogram icoon klikken om de aan u uw toegewezen kansen patiënten te zien.

To view Care Manager opportunities go to Administration->Care Manager

This will display all Opportunities and their relevant information including Patient Name, Provider Initials, Payor, COT Number, Last Updated date, Status, Assignee, Cost Value, UDA Value and Contact Information.

By clicking on the column headings you can order the values. For example you may want to see it by last updated date or highest value first.
You can use the Filter option to view and action certain types of opportunities.

The workspace Care Manager workspace icon can be used to see when opportunities need to be actioned and view the opportunities assigned to you.
If the lightbulb icon is red then there is an opportunity assigned to you that needs actioning. You can click on the arrow next to the icon to see the opportunities assigned to you.
