If your Online Booking link has been implemented on your practice website (or elsewhere also) but clicking it doesn’t direct to the Online Booking page and instead goes back to the practice website the reason this would usually occur is if the link that has been added to your website isn’t quite correct (i.e ends with something like "perspectives-1" but it should end in your unique practice ID.
Please refer back to the original email sent to you with the Online Booking link and forward this onto whoever manages your website and reiterate it should be copied exactly as it is in the original email.
If you don’t have the email containing your Online Booking link anymore then please contact the Support teamAls u op een online afspraken link klikt en het laadt niet de online afspraken website maar herlaadt de huidige website, dan klopt de online afspraken link niet.
