When an x-ray has been taken within Examine Pro the user will be prompted to save it when exiting the acquisition screen, this is where they can set the grading information of the X-Ray for auditing purposes. This is where they can set the “User”, “Grade” and “Image Type” required by the X-Ray Audit report.

They may also want to set the dose information for the X-Ray which can be done in the highlighted area. As long as they are using the latest build of EXACT then the dose information will be displayed within the report. Please note that if the user has not entered anything default values will be used which will not necessarily be correct, the dose will also remember the last settings entered and use these by default.

This can also be done on X-Rays that have already been saved by right clicking on the thumb nail in the image library and choosing “Image Properties”.

Wanneer een röntgenfoto is gemaakt in Examine Pro, wordt de gebruiker gevraagd om deze op te slaan bij het verlaten van het opnamescherm. Op het ‘Opslaan als…’ scherm kunt u informatie toevoegen aan de röntgenfoto zoals gebruiker, graad en beeldtype. Deze informatie is nodig als u het röntgenfoto verificatie rapport wilt uitvoeren (zie ook Röntgenfoto verificatie rapport).
U kunt per computer gebruikers toevoegen (zie ook Nieuwe gebruiker toevoegen aan Examine Pro) en de graden wijzigen (zie ook Gradatie wijzigen).

U kunt ook de belichtingsinformatie instellen. Als u de laatste versie van Evolution gebruikt, wordt deze informatie ook weergegeven in het röntgenfoto verificatie rapport. Houdt er rekening mee dat als u niets heeft ingevoerd, de standaardwaarden worden gebruikt die niet noodzakelijk correct zijn. De belichting onthoudt ook de laatst ingevoerde instellingen en gebruikt deze als standaardwaarden.

Om informatie toe te voegen op al opgeslagen röntgenfoto's, klikt u met de rechtermuisknop op de röntgenfoto in de beeldenbibliotheek voor de desbetreffende patiënt in Examine Pro en selecteert u ‘Eigenschappen van het beeld’. Hierna kunt u in het ‘Eigenschappen van het beeld’ scherm de informatie toevoegen.
