Er zijn verschillende manieren waarmee waarop een patient patiënt in de stoel kan worden geplaatst.

Rechterklik op de afspraak en selecteer ‘Verplaats patient patiënt naar stoel’.

U kunt ook bij gebruikersinstellingen instellen dat de patient patiënt naar de stoel wordt verplaatst als de behandelaar dubbelklikt op de afspraak. Ga naar Configureren - Gebruikersinstellingen - Dubbelklik op afspraak en selecteer ‘Verplaats patient patiënt naar stoel’.

Dit venster wordt gesloten en de patiënt verschijnt zoals geselecteerd in de gebruikersinterface.
Indien geconfigureerd als een optie (Open medische geschiedenis op 'Verplaats naar stoel'), verschijnt de medische geschiedenis (knopinfo) automatisch.
De geanimeerde figuren op de werkbalk tonen nu een stokpersoon in een tandartsstoel, links van de Aankomstdeur:
In het venster Patiëntvoorbeeld verandert het pictogram van de stokfiguur in een stokpersoon in een tandartsstoel:
In het receptioniste-afsprakenboek op het hoofdscherm wordt bij de patiëntreservering de stoel weergegeven:
De stoker in de stoel vertegenwoordigt de patiënt in uw stoel en eventuele stokmensen die aan de deur achterblijven vertegenwoordigen patiënten die nog wachten:
Klik op de knop Patiënt bekijken om terug te keren naar het kaartvenster en de behandeling te starten.
To move a patient to the Chair for treatment
Configure the appointment double-click:
Providers can configure this double-click action in Configure > User Settings: Double Click on Appointment.

Right-click the appointment:
Right-click the patient appointment in the appointment book and select Move to Chair. See Resetting and Editing Appointment Status.
Double-click the Arrivals Door icon:
Double-click the ‘Arrivals Door’ icon: in the toolbar:
From the Patient Preview window, select / highlight the next patient in the list:
Click the Move to Chair button in the Patient Preview window:
This has a number of results:This window closes and the patient appears as selected in the user interface.
If configured as an option (Open Medical History on 'Move to Chair'), the Medical History (tooltip) appears automatically.
The animated figures on the toolbar now display a stick person in a dental chair, to the left of the Arrivals Door:
In the Patient Preview window, the stick figure icon changes to a stick person in a dental chair:
In the Receptionist Appointment Book on the Main screen, the patient booking displays the chair:
The stick person in the chair represents the patient in your chair and any stick people remaining at the door represent patients who are still waiting:
Click the View Patient button to return to the chart window and begin treatment.
