The above example shows how to change the wording of a Patient Portal email template; you can do the same for editing your SMS templates as well.

With the email templates you can add as much wording as you like but with the SMS templates be careful they don’t go over 160 characters. You can test how many characters it’ll have by attempting to send the template to a test patient file and viewing the amount of characters are in the preview. |
