The Month View displays the details of its recall patients.

 The Recall Month Overview will show you each patient, their recall date(s) and status(es). What contacts they have already have and what contact methods are available for that patient.

We suggest focusing on patients that have not received a contact or missed contacts and looked at sending this manually and consider changing the recall procedure top capture. You can then choose to send further contacts to them.may even want to consider phoning the patient if he email/sms/letter methods have been unsuccessful.

You can use the Filter option to display the desired patients based on:

Group by Family - Only shows the head of the family household and not each individual family members

Who are Family Members - Only shows patients who belong to a family under Patient Details.

You could for example use these filter to show patients who have been missed by the automation not received a contact or focus on a particular providers patients.
