The EXACT NHS Prototype software is a way of conducting NHS dental business in accordance with the specification from DoH/NHS Dental Services to test a contract using a standardised oral health assessment and a comprehensive set of accredited clinical pathways.
This information is for the NHS Prototype (Phase IV), for EXACT v11.9, as at October 2015.
IMPORTANT: This NHS software is only activated for those practices chosen by DoH/NHS Dental Services. Other NHS practices cannot use this software as it completely changes the data collection, transmission and remuneration systems.
