As of July 1st 2022, there will be several important changes made by the Australian Dental Association to the current list of ADA item codes. (As per Australian Schedule of Dental Services and Glossary, 13th edition)
This means you will be required to make some changes to the item codes currently stored in your EXACT database. We have listed these changes in order of priority, as they may take some time to update.
Please note that our Support Team are unable to provide interpretation or clarification of these updates beyond the information listed here. Please contact the ADA with any queries.

Note: Some Payors may continue using some of these codes. For example, 025 is still used by Veteran’s Affairs and WorkCover QLD, despite being listed for deletion by the ADA. In the event that you do inactivate these codes and subsequently need to use one, it can be easily re-activated.
