1. My Patient Portal isn’t working, what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. If you’re having technical issues with Patient Portal then you contact us on https://softwareofexcellence.co.uk/support/

2. A Patient has made an error on one of their forms – how can I re-send the form to correct?

If it’s a form you can manually edit in Exact then you can still do this. Alternatively click here for instructions on how to manually send Portal emails/SMSs [LINK]. If you have Clinipad as well then you can also still send the forms to a Clinipad tablet when the patient arrives.


3. How do I know if a Patient has arrived using the Self Check-in feature?

They will be in the ‘Arrivals’ tab of your appt book. Also if they have completed all forms then you’ll get the usual ‘stickman’ icon on the appointment.
