Patient Contact Lists is a feature that can be used to search your database and find a specific groups of patients for:
Reporting Purposes - Finding how many patients match a search
Contacting Patients. Send email/sms/letter messages to a large number of patients at once.
Creating a list for admin purposes - Create a patient list you can go through to check details or make changes to patients.
Easily book appointments, using the Multi Column appointment book
Examples of contact lists include:
All patients who have not been seen in the last three years
New patients
Patients with failed appointments.
List patients with no appointments in the last 12 months
List patients without appointments booked in the next 3 months
List all patients who have had a tooth extracted
List all inactive patients
