eOrtho Prior Approval Cancellation

Prior Approval cancellation is required if the dentist or patient wishes to terminate the prior approval. This is different to continuation or transfers.

  1. In EXact click the Ortho button on the patient’s chart

  2. Select the PRIOR APPROVAL claim type

  3. Click on the more Actions Button then select the Request Cancellation
