eOrtho Prior Approval Re-approval

If a treatment plan alters in any way after prior approval was given, re-approval must be sought.

  1. Click the Ortho button on the patient’s chart

  2. Select the PRIOR APPROVAL claim type

  3. Once the Prior Approval loads select the More Actions Button then Request Re-approval
