For practices in Wales you will be required to fill out an https://soeidental.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PHS/pages/836370538 as part of an NHS Course of Treatment. For patients under 12 EXACT will automatically pre select options and change the display.

Relevant History tab - under 12’s

The “Patient is under 12” tick box will automatically be ticked when completing ACORN questionnaires for patients under 12yrs old e.g.

Behaviors and Protective Factors - under 12

Behaviours and Protective Factors - under 12’s

The ‘Periodontal Health Specific Risks Age 12+ Only' section is NOT displayed for under 12 e.g.

Perio Health tab - under 12’s

The BPE section(s) will not be displayed for under 12 patient EG:
