Print Appointment Daylist

Printing a list of all appointments arriving on a given day is useful to have in case of being unable to access your database.

To print an appointment daylist:

In the Appointment book window, click on the Print Appointment List button or press CTRL-R.

Open

 This will call the ‘Print Appointment Book’ dialog, with the current book and appointment date defaulted. (If required, you can still change the date and book from the defaulted values). Initially, only appointment book columns that are displayed 'wide' are selected.

Print Dialog:

From here you can choose the date you want to print and select the providers you want to be included.

There are additional options to show patients phone numbers and show empty times if you wish.

Select to Print, Preview or Email the appointment daylist.
