Marketing Manager is configurable by practitioners with Administrator rights.
Configuring user rights for Marketing Manager
Users require appropriate access rights to view Marketing Manager.
All users who have access to Contact Lists are also be able to access Marketing Manager via Administration > Marketing Manager.
To configure user rights for Marketing Manager
- Select Configure > Security:
- In the Security screen,
- Select a Security Group by means of the selectors.
- Open the Administration section and check where appropriate for Marketing Manager.
- Select the Save button:
Setting up Marketing Manager
Marketing Manager has no module registration and little set up requirements.
However, it is access-rights controlled across three parameters:
- Add campaigns
- Edit campaigns
- Delete campaigns
Setting up Channel Track
To brief personnel on PCI Compliance
IMPORTANT TO BRIEF PERSONNEL ON PCI COMPLIANCE:
To meet PCI compliance with Channel Track, if you are taking sensitive data such as bank details or confidential information over the telephone, always press 00 to mute the call recording, and when that part of the conversation is complete, press any key to restart recording. This will not cause any disruption to the call itself. By taking the card details or confidential information out of the call recording, you take the call recordings out of scope for PCI compliance.
To set up Channel Track
Please liaise with your Software of Excellence representative or the Support Desk on Channel Track setup.
They will
- Explain how to purchase the module and obtain a list of campaign phone numbers.
- Integrate the Channel Track module in EXACT.
The only visible element of this integration in EXACT is in the Configure > Practice Settings screen:
