ACC Fees Update as of 1st May 2021

The New Zealand ACC Payor Fees are increasing as of the 1st of May 2021

• Updating your ACC Fees in EXACT is quick and easy.
• You can load the ACC fees before 1st May.  Configuration in EXACT will prevent the new fees from appearing on ACC Treatment Plans until the 1st of May.
• The new ACC fees for Dentists is available for download from the ACC Website or your can download a copy of the fees by clicking this link: ACC_Dentist Costs_May2021.pdf

>How to update your fees

1. Download the ACC Fee Update File (contact Support if you do not have this)
2. Open the ACC Payor File in EXACT [via the Payor icon or File Menu Payors]

       3. Click the Fee Schedule button on the ACC Payor File 

       4. Click the Import Fees button

       5. Click to select the downloaded file called ACC 2021 Fee Update.CSV

          6. Select Yes to continue the update

A green line will indicate when the fees are loading.  A success message will confirm the update has finished.
