Als de recalldatum vooruit wordt gezet, zorgt dit ervoor dat de patient weer op het juiste moment een recall ontvangt. U kunt instellen wanneer de recalldatum wordt bijgewerkt.
Ga naar Administratie - Recalls beheren.
Klik op de moersleutel.
Selecteer in het ‘Recallparameters’ scherm het gewenste recalltype (tandarts of PA/Hyg.) en klik op ‘e│d’.
Doe op het ‘Wijzig recalltype’ scherm de gewenste behandelaars toevoegen.
Klik op ‘OK’ om de wijzigingen op te slaan.
Indien nodig herhaal stap 3 t/m 5 voor het andere recalltype.
Go to Administration->Manage Recalls
Click the Configure Recalls button:
In the Recall Parameters screen, double-click either Dentist or Hygienist Recall Type (in this example it is Dentist) to open the Edit Recall Type window.
At the bottom of this window is the Advancing Recall Date section and has 3 options you can set it to:
At Every Appointment: This is an informal arrangement. The Provider simply wants to see patients at regular intervals after treatments. So if a patient has a course of treatments ranging across a month, the final recall date will be set after the last treatment.
If the recall date is overdue or is in the next 30 days: This is where you set a recall date, the patient comes in, and when they have the appointment, the recall date gets moved on. If they have further treatment, it doesn't get moved on because the recall date is not yet overdue. This maintains the regular, interval-based recall cycle, even if patients have further treatment within that cycle. The period (such as 30 days) acts as a buffer during which recall considerations are ignored.
If one of these services was completed: Once selected you can choose which services using the Insert Recall Type service into the list button
You can also remove services from this list here as well.
With this option, a recall is only created when one of
a specified number of services has been completed (you can have
multiple other appointments with no recalls triggered). For example, you
want to do exams every 6 months regardless of other treatments, so you
set recalls based on a list of possible services at those exams only.
Once set click ok.
Ga naar Beheer->Recalls beheren
Klik op de knop Terugroepacties configureren:
Dubbelklik in het scherm Recall Parameters op Tandarts of Hygiënist Recall Type (in dit voorbeeld is dit Tandarts) om het venster Edit Recall Type te openen.
Onderaan dit venster bevindt zich het gedeelte Geavanceerde terugroepdatum en heeft 3 opties waarop u dit kunt instellen:
Bij Elke Afspraak: Dit is een informele afspraak. De Aanbieder wil gewoon patiënten na behandelingen op regelmatige tijdstippen zien. Dus als een patiënt een behandelingskuur van een maand heeft, wordt de definitieve terugroepdatum vastgesteld na de laatste behandeling.
Als de terugroepdatum te laat is of binnen de komende 30 dagen ligt: hier stelt u een terugroepdatum in, de patiënt komt binnen en wanneer ze de afspraak hebben, wordt de terugroepdatum verschoven. Als ze een verdere behandeling hebben, wordt deze niet verplaatst omdat de terugroepdatum nog niet te laat is. Dit handhaaft de regelmatige, op interval gebaseerde terugroepcyclus, zelfs als patiënten binnen die cyclus verdere behandeling ondergaan. De periode (zoals 30 dagen) fungeert als een buffer waarin terugroepoverwegingen worden genegeerd.
Als een van deze services is voltooid: Nadat u deze hebt geselecteerd, kunt u de services kiezen met behulp van de service Invoegen Recall Type in de lijstknop
U kunt hier ook services uit deze lijst verwijderen.
Met deze optie wordt er alleen een terugroepactie aangemaakt wanneer een van
een bepaald aantal services is voltooid (u kunt hebben
meerdere andere afspraken zonder terugroepacties). Bijvoorbeeld, jij
elke 6 maanden examens wilt doen ongeacht andere behandelingen, dus u
stel terugroepacties in op basis van een lijst met mogelijke services bij alleen die examens.
Eenmaal ingesteld klik je op ok.
