The contact details for each patient/opportunity are listed on the right hand side. You can use the Care Manager options to Book an appointment, Snooze the opportunity or Reject the opportunity [add links].

You can also add notes to an opportunity to note down the conversation you had via the phone.

You can contact by Email/SMS by highlighting the opportunity and clicking the Contact button. Select the appointment its referring, the type of message and a templatethe email/sms template to send. You can include an online booking planned treatment link in the template so they can book their appointment.
