  Fixed a crash that occurred when some services were shutting down where the system did not wait long enough for the shutdown to complete.

• Fixed an issue on the video tab where a patient's image could very rarely be overwritten by another image imported later on the same day.

• Added a new Configure Individual Patient Portal Dialog and Portal Reset Button in the Patient experience dialog to force a patient re-onboard.

• The Transport service no longer crashes when the Relay service responds with an error. This will resolve an issue that was blocking SMS reminders to not be generated

  The Relay service uptime has been increased. Previously, if the Relay service lost its connection to the Database service, it would restart itself. This no longer happens, and it will now retry its connection to the database rather than restarting.

• 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Added a Download Fees button for Scotland in the NHS payor fee schedule window. This button will allow sites to download and import the latest NHS fee files in one step.

• NHS Northern Ireland Added a Download Fees button for Northern Ireland in the NHS payor fee schedule window. This button will allow sites to download and import the latest NHS fee files in one step.

• The EXACT workstation installer process will now be terminated if it has been running longer than 6 hours. This is to allow a new installation to occur if the previous installation process was hung.

• Fixed and issue where the [Sys] DAL Relay service would connect multiple times to the database. The DAL service should now only make one connection at a time.

• Improved the reliability of Online Bookings performed by patients.

• Payments taken through Connect now display additional transactional information in a new ‘Ref’ column in the cashing up report. This information can be used by to help reconcile payments made with 3rd party payment providers.

• NHS Northern Ireland - The August 21 NHS Fee File update adds in the new 3001 PPE code .
  This code will automatically become active for claims from the 8th of September 2021.

• 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 NHS Scotland - new under 26 exemption has been introduced. This exemption will be available from the 24th August 2021. This has resulted in form updates. Due to paper GP17 claim forms no longer being supported by the SNHS for several years, a new version has not been made available. We have therefore had to remove the view of the old form in EXACT as a result of this change. Please note the majority of the data previously displayed on the form is already visible on the TC dialog in EXACT, and this change has not affected any GP17PR functionality.).

• 🇬🇧 Fix to the feature flag that allows the SNOMED code selector to pop up for non NHS courses of treatment. Normally the popup requesting that a provider choose a SNOMED code will only appear for NHS COTs, but if the setting snomed.NHSonly is set to 0 it can appear for all COTs

• Fixed a crash that users would occasionally see when logging out of Exact

• Fix for Patient Experience failing to onboard practices when the Online Information field is blank

• Fixed a crash relating to the data cache, that could cause EXACT to exit unexpectedly

• Fixed an issue with populating the recent patients drop down list when using EXACT through a remote desktop connection

• Fixed a problem that could cause incoming SMS replies to fail to match to a patient's mobile number.

• A warning will now be shown if a mobile number cannot be converted to the correct format (E164) when adding/editing a patient's mobile field. This check is on by default but can be turned off in the Patient File. If mobile phone is marked as a mandatory field, it will also check and warn about existing numbers that are not in the correct format when saving.

• Fix for a crash in the Transport service which would sometimes cause it not to start up.

• 🇬🇧 Multiple minor fixes for the SNOMED functionality.

  • SNOMED will now work for Scottish NHS courses if desired by the practice.

  • EXACT will now save the Snomed items against a service even if the service is ticked as not requiring SNOMED codes. It is now the providers choice (Jira EX-61435).

  • It is now possible to edit the SNOMED items for a charged/completed chart item. This functionality will be reviewed again once there is further guidance on what the SNOMED codes will be used for.

• Fix for the Relay service which would occasionally cause it not to start properly, and which could end up with it re-starting in a loop.

• Fix to change the calculation for NHS form requests to look at the dentist field instead of the original booked provider (Jira EX-61214).

• Fix to resolve an issue where patients would sometimes see an error that says “A Problem Has Occurred” on the Online Booking portal, which required the EXACT services to be restarted (Jira EX-60885).

• Fix for crash in the cache mechanism which occurred occasionally when two parts of EXACT try to read or edit a setting at the same time which could cause the program to exit unexpectedly.

• 🇳🇱 NLD Evolution: Het e-mailadres van de patiënt en het thuis- of mobiele telefoonnummer worden nu niet meer weergegeven in MZ301 declaratie bestanden als het selectievakje Factuur clearinginstituut op papier naar patiënt is aangevinkt in het dossier van de patiënt (Jira EX-61414).

• 🇦🇺 Clinipad: Het demografische patiënt formulier is opnieuw gerangschikt om het aantal hulpvragen aan de receptie te verminderen wanneer patiënten het moeten invullen. Het veld Medicare is naar beneden verplaatst en er is een label toegevoegd om aan te geven dat het en de werk informatievelden zijn optioneel.

• 🇳🇱 NLD Evolution: Evolution toont nu een waarschuwing bij het creëren van WLZ behandelplannen om afkeuringen te voorkomen (Jira EX-61207).

• Gebruikers kunnen er nu voor kiezen om e-mailhandtekeningen op te nemen in antwoorden en doorsturen. Deze optie voor e-mailhandtekeningen is toegankelijk via de wizard Configureren, Automatische afspraak herinneringen in Evolution (Jira EX-59902).

• Bijlagen worden niet langer opgenomen in e-mailantwoorden, zoals in standaard e-mailgedrag, waardoor onnodige grote e-mails worden voorkomen.

• Oplossing om te voorkomen dat Evolution probeert afspraak herinneringen te maken wanneer sites geen e-mail- of sms-configuratie hebben.

• 🇳🇱 NLD Evolution: Oplossing voor NLD-LAB / L00 codes die niet meegenomen werden in het declaratie bestand in bepaalde situaties (Jira EX-61319).

• Stabiliteit verbetering: In plaats van de Relay-service af te sluiten, wordt nu gewacht als de database niet onmiddellijk reageert. De Relay-service gaat automatisch verder als de database gereed is.

• Oplossing voor het venster in Evolution bij configureren > instellen waarbij in sommige situaties de computer, gebruiker en locatie onjuist werden weergegeven. (Jira EX-61442).

• Voor praktijken die de locatie functie met online boeken gebruiken, is een probleem opgelost waarbij het locatie veld niet werd ingevuld in de afspraken (Jira EX-60869).

• Prestatieverbetering: Onnodige schijftoegang verwijderd waarbij het nodig was om het polistype voor een bepaald behandelplan op te zoeken. Dit resulteert in snellere updates in het behandelpan en het afsprakenboek.

• 🇬🇧 Prestatieverbetering: Een groot aantal onnodige schijftoegangen verwijderd bij het factureren van een NHS behandelplan met het tabblad Triage. Het resultaat is dat deze behandelplannen nu veel sneller gefactureerd kunnen worden.

• Oplossing voor een probleem met de installatie van een werkstation waardoor het installatieprogramma kon vastlopen en niet werd voltooid, waardoor het Evolution-pictogram niet beschikbaar was na een automatische update.

• 🇬🇧 Prestatieverbetering: De hoeveelheid schijftoegang is drastisch verminderd bij het laden van de patiëntenkaart met SNOMED-functies ingeschakeld waardoor de behandelkaart sneller wordt geladen

• Prestatieverbetering: Onnodige schijftoegang is verwijderd bij het bewerken of opslaan van de behandelkaart terwijl er werd gecontroleerd of andere gebruikers een behandeling blokkeerden.

• 🇳🇱 NLD Evolution: Oplossing voor waarschuwingen in het Nederlands die verwijzen naar DPSI in plaats van PPS.

• Prestatieverbetering: Verminderde schijftoegang tot de schijf tijdens het uitvoeren van verweesde behandelplannen, zodat de patiëntenkaart sneller wordt geladen.

• Prestatieverbetering: Het aantal keren dat toegang wordt verkregen tot de network share is verminderd om de prestaties van Evolution in het hele netwerk te verbeteren.

• Prestatieverbetering: Gebruik van een data cache voor het laden van pop-ups bij behandelingen, terwijl de gegevens al in het geheugen waren om schijftoegang in de behandelkaart te verminderen.
  Praktijkinformatie is nu bijgewerkt voor Patient Experience, zelfs als OLB niet geregistreerd is (Jira EX-61339).
