How to add the Appointment Reminder with COVID Screening Questions email template

  1. Have the word document the desktop of your PC

  2. Open the word document and copy all of the content in the document (CTRL + A = select all and then CTRL+C = copy all or right-click and select copy)

  3. In EXACT got to Configure >Email Templates

  4. Click +1 to add a new template

  5. Click the switch to HTML mode icon <>

  6. Image Added

  7. Right-click and select paste

  8. Click the design mode icon to see the content of the email

  10. Add a Code for the template APPT REMINDER + CSQ

  11. Add a Description that will appear as the subject line in the email “Getting ready for your next dental visit”

  12. Delete the logo place-holder (highlight and then backspace)

  13. Insert with your logo using the Insert Image icon

  15. Select OK to save the new template
