NHS Wales: Additional exemptions for Ortho COTs were added so patients who were exempt at the time of a referral can still have their patient charge waived regardless of the assessment date.

The Services configuration has been tidied up:
- Advanced charting, stock items and appointment booking services have been moved into their own tabs in the ‘Add/Edit Services’ window.
- A new Services/Stock Items submenu has been added under the ‘Configure’ menu, with the following options:
  - View Services
  - Add New Service
  - Add New Stock Item
