Step 1. Log into Exact
Log in using your:
Username
Password
Step 2. Click Patients on the top left of Exact.
Step 3. Select a patient and click the “$” Icon
Step 4. Take a payment
Clickthe “Payment” button at bottom of pop up
Step 5. Process a payment
Add a payment amount
Select a payment method - Openpay
Click “Process”
Step 6. Enter Details
Input customer ID from their Openpay Application
Click “Submit”
Done.
This completes the HOW-TO take an Openpay payment once integrated.
