Openpay - How to process a payment

Step 1. Log into Exact

Log in using your:

1. Username

2. Password

Open

Step 2. Click Patients on the top left of Exact.

Open

Step 3. Select a patient and click the “$” Icon

Step 4. Take a payment

Click the “Payment” button at bottom of pop up

Step 5. Process a payment

1. Add a payment amount

2. Select a payment method - Openpay

3. Click “Process”

Step 6. Enter Details

1. Input customer ID from their Openpay Application

2. Click “Submit”

Done.

This completes the HOW-TO take an Openpay payment once integrated.
