A ‘Forgot Password?' link is now available on the login screen for all EXACT users.Status colour Green title NEW FEATURE Users who have entered an email address into their user record will be emailed a 6-digit code that will allow them to log in to EXACT and change their password.
Users who don’t have an email address will be advised to talk to their practice administrator to reset their password, and reminded that they can add an email email address for use next time.
