We have changed how the SMS matching window works to improve matching for patients with the same phone number (family members).
When an SMS reply comes in the user can select ‘Match Reply’ to launch the match reply window. This will display all SMS' that have been sent to this phone number for all patients with this number. Select through the SMS' available to view the outbound SMS content to confirm which SMS to match to.
This enables users to match a reply the first time so they don’t have to return and unmatch if they have selected the wrong patient due to a lack of context.
