How do I add the clinipad shortcut to my workspace?

Its Ideal to add the Clinipad shortcut to any EXACT users that will be actively using the clinipad. This can be done by following the simple steps below. Remember this is a per user setting.

  • Right click on the top workspace and click ‘Customise’

  • Select the Clinipad icon in the left pane and move it to right pane by clicking the >> button.

  • You can position the Clinipad Button on the workspace by using the up and down arrows in the lower right corner to organise the ‘selected windows’ in the order you'd prefer.

    • Top to Bottom is equivalent of left to right on the workspace.

  • Once you are happy with the order of your icons press OK.

  • Make sure these changes have been applied and you can now see your clinipad icon on our workspace.

How do I add the Clinipad Shortcut to my appointment book?

  • Click the Configure button at the bottom right of the Appointment Book

  • In the Wizard, check (tick) Select tabs for your activity bar:

  • Click the Next> button, and then click the Next> button on the following screen.

  • In the Select tabs dialogue, select the the Clinipad icon in the left pane and move it to right pane by clicking the >> button.

  • You can position it in the right pane by moving it with the up and down arrows to the bottom right. This position determines the horizontal ordering of the tabs on the appointment book activity bar.

  • Select the Finish button once you are happy with the order of your tabs.

  • Finally check that it displays as a tab at the bottom of your appointment book.
