If your patient has completed and signed their NHS form electronically using Clinipad or Patient Portal, these will be linked to the appropriate course of treatment. You can view the signed form by selecting the ‘view’ button on the exemptions window or in the history window on the chart tab.
Electronic forms are saved locally in your database for Exact to access. If the locally saved forms have been manually altered, Exact will display a warning when you view the form notifying you that the contents of the form you are viewing do not match the form that was originally signed.
This is relevant for FP17PR, FP17PRW, GP17PR and HS45PR
