If the Server is faulty then you will need to be able to log into your network backup to view data until the issue with the server has been resolved. We also advise logging into your network backup on regular occasions in order to check it is valid.

You will not be able to log into a Network Backup if the backup has not been setup or run. Please see article How to Setup a EXACT Network Backup for more information on how to set this up.

To log into your network backup Load the EXACT software onto the login screen. Click on the Practice dropdown and select PracticeBackup (If your database is labelled different it will be [databasename]Backup)

Enter your username and password to log in. You will be warned this is a backup database, any database records you update while logged in will not be seen by other users so remember to log out and back in to your Practice database as soon as you can.
