How to add the Appointment Reminder with COVID Screening Questions email template

  1. Click here to download a word document with the HTML content for this template. [HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) is a useful way to share code to maintain the content and structure of an email.]  

  2. Save the word document the desktop of your PC

  3. Open the word document and copy all of the content in the document (CTRL + A = select all and then CTRL+C = copy all or right-click and select copy)

  4. In EXACT got to Configure >Email Templates

  5. Click +1 to add a new template

  6. Click the switch to HTML mode icon <>

  7. Right-click and select paste the HTML content copied from the word document

  8. Click the design mode icon to open the content of the email

  9. Add a Code for the template - APPT REMINDER + CSQ

  10. Add a Description that will appear as the subject line in the email “Getting ready for your next dental visit”

  11. Delete the logo place-holder (highlight and then backspace)

  12. Insert with your logo using the Insert Image icon

  13. Select OK to save the new template
