How to Change the Display Settings in Examine Pro

PLEASE NOTE: The instructions below must be done on the PC that the user will be using, as the settings will only change on the PC where they have been applied.

TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE DESKTOP

  1. Navigate to Display and Desktop Panels

  2. At the bottom of the drop down you will find these options:

    • ‘Load desktop’ – gives choices of screen sizes to set Examine Pro to

    • ‘Save desktop as …’ – this will bring up a pop-up screen to save your changes permanently

    • ‘Lock desktop’ – checking and unchecking this option will allow you to move elements of the screen

    • ‘Auto create desktop(all presets) from current’ – this will modify the screen for all settings

    • ‘Autoset desktop’ – this will resize the desktop to the screen

    • ‘Fit this desktop to screen’ – this will resize the desktop to the screen but not hold the setting

    • ‘Position/size controls’ – toggling this on and off will put a layover of dots to help with resizing images

TO VIEW MULTIPLE IMAGES AT A TIME

  1. Right click on the highlighted button, please note this may have a different number in the corner

     

  2. In the drop down select the setting with the number of images you would like to view.

    I.E – Desktop01 = 1 Image

             Desktop02 = 2 Images, and so on.

     

This setting will now hold for the PC that it has been set on.
