From time-to-time, you may want to adjust the fees that come up in the Invoice screen. There are three options:


  1. Run the Oasis Utility program and select Other, Global Item Fee Changes.


This window allows you to increase/decrease fees globally based on either a percentage or dollar amount. It can be done for specific items or all items, specific fee numbers or all fee numbers. We recommend you Export the ITEMNUMB table prior to running any global fee update.

To Export your existing Item Number table, select Preferences, My Money, Item Codes and Fees and then select the Export option at the top of the screen. This will prompt you to create a file ITEMNUMB.tbl. We suggest changing this to reflect the date of the Export - something like "ITM2019.tbl". Once you have exported the fee table, you can use the Utility program to update the fees.

     2. From within Oasis, select Preferences, My Money, Item Codes and Fees. You will see a list of item codes. To change the fee/s charged for the items, select each item individually and update the fees accordingly. Then save each item. Repeat this for all items to be updated.

     3. A quicker way is to choose Preferences, My Money, Item Fee Quick Entry. This presents you with a grid of all items and fees. You can adjust the fees in this screen without having to edit each item code. Remember to click OK to save any changes you have made before existing the screen, as you are not prompted to save changes.



If you want to change the fee headings that you see in this table (or in the Item Codes and Fees table), select Preferences, My Money, Item Fee Headings and enter the appropriate fee headings into the nine fields. Remember, if you are using HICAPS, leave Fee #9 blank.
