Adding the New ADA Codes

There are 31 new item codes to be added to your OASiS database. Please follow these steps per item code.

 

  1. Go to Preferences > My Money > Item Codes and Fees

    Oasis8 users Go to Billing > Setup > Item Codes and Fees
    (Follow all the same steps as below)

  2. Click New > Enter the Item Code (Identical to the ADA code) and Description

  3. Set the Fee

Some ADA descriptions can be quite long, causing overlap on printed invoices and estimates. You may wish to shorten some lengthier descriptions.

For example:

Before: Procedures to derive biologically active components from a collection of blood.

After: Procedure to derive bio. active components from a blood collection.


Once you are done, remember to click the OK button.
