Fixed an issue that was preventing some users from registering online with SOE Connect when attempting to use the Register Online button in the User Settings window. The location of some buttons and checkboxes in the User Settings window have also been tweaked.

Changed the names of the custom text tabs in Online Booking Web Setup from Cancellations and Complaints to Custom Text 1 and Custom Text 2.
