The ‘updated fees' instant message now only triggers if the effective date & last modified date have both changed, so users will no longer receive a message that their fee file has been updated for a past date.

Streamlined the payment confirmation printing & emailing process. A new, default Payment Confirmation email template has been added to EXACT, and the email option is now checked by default if a patient has an email address enabled.
