Select Configure > Practice Settings to display the Practice Settings window.
Under Appointment Books, select as follows:
NOTE: First make sure Multicolumn Appointment Book is enabled before ticking “Enable Appointment Workflow”.
Click the spanner button to display the Appointment Workflow configuration wizard.
