Enabling Appointment Workflow


  1. Select Configure > Practice Settings to display the Practice Settings window.

  2. Under Appointment Books, select as follows:

    NOTE: First make sure Multicolumn Appointment Book is enabled before ticking “Enable Appointment Workflow”.

  3. Click the spanner button to display the Appointment Workflow configuration wizard.

  4. Each user can hide the appointment workflow and it’s features/prompts by going to Configure, User Settings and ticking the “Hide Appointment Workflow” box.

Remember to close the appointment book down and re-open to refresh any changes you have made to the workflow or user settings. Log out and back into EXACT if it doesn’t refresh.
