Important notes:

Due to a new dependency between OASIS and SOELink in 11.17 (Jira OAS-55376), following a site upgrade to 11.17 or later, the Oasis backup (Verifyfiles.bat) will need to be re-created using Utils. This will add an SOELink shutdown and startup into the backup process (Jira OAS-55478).

The change to registration checks in v12.3 (OAS-55674) may impact sites who are running CXServer without being registered for it. When users try and open CXServer after upgrading they will receive an error message asking them to contact support and update their registration.

This is more likely to affect those sites who do not upgrade very often and are running older versions of Oasis.
