Visit OASiS Web Site
Clicking the Visit OASiS Web Site option will take you to the Henry Schein One web page where you can view information on OASiS, Exact and Ascend Practice Management systems.

Contact OASiS Support
This option displays an eMail form that users can fill out & send to the OASiS National Support Centre.
Enable Remote Access
From time-to-time, you may need assistance from a support person. Enabling remote access allows the support person to access your system temporarily to provide help. You will see a listing of support personnel, and you simply select the support person you are dealing with over the phone. You will be prompted at the end of the remote session for a Bomgar feedback survey.
Visit Customer Portal
The Customer Portal is an area where you can communicate with support for non-urgent matters. It is also an area where Frequently Asked Questions are addressed. The portal is your space to have your say on all things OASiS. You will need to Sign In to access the portal.

The View On Line Help option will bring you here, to our Public Help Files where you will find a full suite of OASiS manuals, together with explanations of various OASiS features and a FAQ area which will be continually updated as questions arise..
OASiS Help Files
About
The About option will open a screen where you can find details of the OASiS version and other information about operating system, workstation number, computer name, folder structures, database level, SQL type, license details etc. This information can be found in the Workstation Settings box, by scrolling down the list.Â
The Tools menu option provides access to a range of diagnostic tools you can use to check Windows Date and Time, Control Panel, Regional Settings, Printers, Appearance and also a Port Scanner allowing you to check that the messaging port (6696) in OASiS is open.
There are other tools that you may be asked to run in consultation with an OASiS Support Expert.
