Australia

As of February 2023, openpay has entered administration. The most up to date information can be found on the openpay website, which can be found here www.openpay.com.au.

At the time of writing this article, the current state of play is as follows:

Customers can no longer use the Openpay platform for any new purchases at this time.
Customers are still obligated to pay any outstanding balances in accordance with their existing agreement.
The Openpay app and website will continue to process your payments and operate as normal.

United Kingdom

As of 4th August 2022 the openpay group announced their intention to cease trading in the UK, terminating their existing merchant agreements.

The notice period is from 4th August until 10th October 2022, our understanding is that all payment plans opened prior to 4th August 2022 will be honoured.
