5. End of CSP options

The customer success program normally runs for 12 months. Once the practice has completed their first round of 12 months they may continue to if they wish to.
Here is what we will do for customers Exiting the CS Program; that we would promote to them the following options:

  1. CS Alumni Program – Requires that they have MPC full / OLB  – quarterly calls to review practise performance and KPI's, the practice has to run their own KPI reporting – calls approximately 1 hour – no charges or fees - benefit is retention of best practice and opportunity to introduce any newly released products and services


  1. CS Program – Requires that they have MPC +full / OLB  – monthly calls to discuss and assist manage KPI's, CSC completes KPI reporting on behalf of the practice – 1 hours calls and 30 minutes prep work – customer pays $150 ex. GST per month (paid 12 months in advance)- benefit is retention of best practice and opportunity to introduce any newly released products and services


  1. CSS Program – Customers can call and book Treatment acceptance / patient cycle management / new patient acquisition health checks as per any existing customer – no minimum requirements -  as part of our service package i.e. they are on support - benefit is retention of best practice and opportunity to introduce any newly released products and services
