6. Dental 101
The customer success team are to be the custodians of a lot of the intellectual property within our business. We should have a solid understand of everything that happens at a dental practice, including at least a basic understanding of the clinical side of a dental practice.
We have created two presentations that we take through new comers to the business to help them also understand what dental is and what is involved in a day to day practice.

We should be confident in delivering this content and ensuring that it also stays up to date and relevant to our business. We have also done this from time to time for the New Zealand team to ensure they are also across this, this is usually done in the format of a webinar so that they may take part and give feedback a long with seeing the screen.
For the webinars we have previously used Gotowebinar.com – SOE has an account you may use, ask the marketing team for the login if required.
It's usually carried out once or twice a quarter to bring the new starters up to speed with the basics.
