12. Other PMS Health Checks

Since about 2017 we have been completing health checks on mostly D4W practices and Oasis practices. During our events and advertising we of course have a number of other practice management systems that are interested in analysing their data. At this stage there is no normal process for building a health check for other practice management systems.
At the moment Sam B has had a quick look at Core, it has no exportable performance reports, although the performance reports that are there are quite comprehensive and the BDS would probably be able to look at this live with the practice. We could also not build a tool for this as it is a cloud based solution and we do not have direct access to the data.
Typically the health checks are built for the BDS to have a challenger sales conversation with the practice. For more information on the challenger sale, refer to point 18. Help them identify areas of the practice where there is business opportunity and how working with Henry Schein One can help them.
Key data points if we can collect any should be:

1. Hours available / Hours worked
2. FTA and cancellation hours
3. New patients
4. Recall due / recall booked
5. Lapsed patients
6. Monthly production for up to 3 years ago
7. Hourly production

Ideally a lot of these KPIs should be reviewing the last full 12 months of data, broken down monthly.
