19. Conducting webinars

From time to time we'll be expected to conduct webinars as part of the business services team and on behalf of things like Dental 101 and sharing knowledge and experience that Customer Success should be the custodians of.

For the majority of our webinars are conducted using the application Go to webinar. We currently have a shared login for both Henry Schein One and the larger Henry Schein Australia group. To obtain the login details you may need to speak with the marketing team.

From there you should be able to see the webinars that are coming up and from here you may start, do test runs, see who is registered etc.
