How to manage open ACC Treatment Plans following a fee update.

Some of your Patients could be part way through an ACC treatment plan. Here is how to manage ACC open Treatment Plans following the 1st May ACC fee update.

An open treatment plan includes ACC item codes in the proposed status which is charted but not completed (as indicated by bright blue text). To ensure the new ACC fees appear on the proposed items update open ACC Treatment Plans as follows:

re-chart each ACC item code on the open treatment plan before you select the Charge button and
delete ACC item codes charted before 1st May (which display the old fees)

| Note: ticking to confirm the item was completed after 1st May will not update the fee.
