I am contacting you today to introduce myself as your Customer Success Consultant, this means we are looking to enrol you into our Customer Success Program. The Customer Success Program was launched at the start of 2017 with the aim to ensure your practice is working efficiently and focusing on implementing best practice techniques to optimise your performance whilst also fully understanding your reasons for choosing to work with Henry Schein One. I will work as your personal "business partner" for the practice and will take the time to fully understand your immediate priorities and future goals, and then provide a tailored path to help you get there.
I have been fortunate enough to work at Software of Excellence and Henry Schein One since 2012 working in various areas of the business, from the support desk, feature implementations and training/consulting with dental practices within both the UK and APAC regions.
Implementing new software at a dental practice involves significant change, whether you are installing systems for the first time or changing software provider. We know that performance monitoring can often seem overwhelming, which is why we work with you via monthly phone calls, and plenty more during on boarding journey. Together we will measure your performance through a simple KPI tracker; breaking your next moves into manageable steps that will lead to tangible business outcomes. Don't worry, you'll stay completely in control of your business, and I will be there for you to use as much, or as little as you like.
