Reducing Automated Collect Mobile Prompts

To avoid frustrating your patients by asking for the same contact information every time they visit the practice you can ask EXACT not to prompt for this data collection for 12 months.

You can also limit the patient ages you request this mobile data from if you know this age range are unlikely to have a mobile device.

On the Appointment Workflow/To Depart bar EXACT will prompt for Email and Mobile collection if missing from their patient file:

When you click this option a Contacts Details page will appear where you can enter this information. At the bottom there is an option to Prompt in 12 months to avoid asking this on a regular basis:

You can also configure EXACT not to request this data for patient under or over a certain age in the configuration. To configure this go to Configure->Practice Settings

Click on the spanner next to Enable Appointment Workflow

On the departure details page change the age ranges:
