Adding Activity Tabs to the Appointment Book

Activity tabs are located at the bottom of the appointment book and give you quick access to a variety of patient, appointment lists and information.

To add/remove activity tabs to the appointment book:

  1. Click the ‘spanner icon’ in the right-hand corner of the appointment book:

  2. Click the checkbox next to Select tabs for your activity bar

    Click the Next button twice to skip the activity tab information.

  3. In the “Available Tabs” column, highlight each item you want to see then click the right arrows to move the item to the selected tabs section.
    Use the up and down arrows to change their order. Then click “Finish” when done.

    Note that the activity bar changes apply to the current logged-in user only, and you will need to go to “User Settings” in the Configure menu to configure tabs for other users
